The first time I hennaed, I used Light Mountain. But paste made with
boiling water left no stain on my skin (that was the patch test) so
when I put it on my hair, I mixed it with lemon juice and let it sit for
several hours. I guess they got the hot water idea from the old
cosmetology book.
