: can henna cause hair to thin out if applied to often?
No! henna is good for your hair and scalp. But if you have thinning
hair, you need to pamper your scalp. Vinegar rinses a couple times a
week are great. The gentle acid in vinegar helps loosen sebum and
other junk from your follicles and balances your scalp's ph. Just
saturate your hair and scalp with about 1 1/2 cups vinegar and leave
it in for about ten minutes then rinse.

Also, never rub conditioner directly into your scalp. I think it
plugs follicles.

Also, rinse your hair and scalp with COLD water after washing &
conditioning. It tightens and tones your scalp

Just some thoughts. Hope it helps.
