I have dark ash blonde hair and want to go light golden brown

Hi,

I have that yucky mousey blonde bordering on brown hair colour.
Hairdressers always want to bleach it to make it blonde but I'd be
just as happy with a light golden brown that doesn't trash my hair.
I've completely grown out any previous colourings and want to do this
with henna.

Does anyone have a mix recipe that could start me off in the right
direction?
