How to remove henna color?

Hello! I met a little old lady yesterday who tried to dye her hair
(last week) with henna and is very dissatisfied with the bright
orange/copper results. Her hair's in pretty bad shape, and so she
can't go to a salon and have the color stripped. She can't use the
chemical stuff...

She's already tried the molases and baking soda trick that the
vendor told her to try, but she said it made no difference. I don't
know what brand of henna she used, I just told her that I'd ask
around.

Anyone have any good ideas? Thanks!!!
