I wash my hair daily with conditioner and about every 2-3 days with
shampoo. Since doing this, my hair is very shiny and still quite
manageable. I have oily skin and scalp and the conditioner seems to
help even out the natural oils. My oily scalp also produced smelly
hair when I would just wait to shampoo every other day, so the
conditioner elimates this pesky problem. Trust me, if my hair
smelled bad or was oily-grimy, my students would say so.

I'm going to henna my hair soon and had just planned on the
same 'washing' routine. What do you think Fia?
