Just in case any one who might have the answer missed my follow up
below, I will repost here. Sorry for the repeat:

Oh, I thought I saw on the "whatsinit" page that senna has
anthraquinones. Doesn't matter. My primary question is whether it
is the pod or the leaf that has these hair beautifying qualities. My
local health store sells powdered senna pods and powdered senna
leaves separately--I just want to know which to buy. Thanks for all
the info.
