Yes, this has been fun. All the people here on this board have been
so friendly and helpful, but I thought from the very beginning that
most of them seem to be henna artists (body art) and so seemed to be
very grounded and experienced in using henna --this is all totally
new to me so I felt a bit like a dummy and very much an "uninitiate"
if thats a word. So yeah, its good to see another here like myself.

One thing I will say that attracts me to henna and to this site is
the non-conformist attitude. I think its obvious that people who will
go to the trouble to investigate and use a natural product are going
to be a bit anti-establishment which makes me feel right at home! So
why does it not surprise me to hear that you home school your kids?!
Thats fantastic. I had seriously considered home schooling before
mine started, but we are lucky; our local state school is a very
small 2 teacher school and the class sizes are tiny; so there is room
for a lot of individual attention.

I give you a lot of credit, its a tough job, but I'm also a SAHM and
it works for me.

Anyway, back to henna! I'm already considering my next go and
thinking I will try to alter my mix a little...I'm looking for
something in a more plum or burgundy red if it can be achieved. I
think I'm just missing all the experiments, lol. Anyway, I'm saving
my hair...
