For me it usually fades within a day or two with regular washing. You could possibly try
mixing a little conditioner with brown sugar (it dissolves more slowly that white) and scrub
your scalp with that - sort of an exfoliation that should speed up the process. People on a
conditioner only routine tend to use this as a deep cleanser for the scalp area every once
in a while.
