As with all store-bought hennas you will need to smell them to make sure that they haven’t gone stale. And yes, some of the boxes of Reshma and Nour hennas I have used were stale. But for the most part they are pure hennas without other botanicals and they have good dyeing properties. I doubt they have metallic salts in them either.
