: Hi,
:
: My aunt wants me to henna then indigo her hair for the first time
: ever for her bday party this weekend. the problem is the henna i
: ordered from online is on back order and is unable to arrive in
: time. so i went to a middle eastern store and found some hennas
: there. the brands i bought were Reshma and Nour henna. very
cheaply
: priced, but i am unsure if they're completely safe. i am gonna
: perform a harvest test before i do anything, and i am also
: researching those 2 brands online. one relevant search had
someone
: saying Reshma was questioned by the FDA. if anyone has used these
: brands or have any information about them, i would really
appreciate
: it. thanks!

I have used the Nour henna (200g. box - Green with a woman on the
front) and it wasn't really that fresh (on a shelf near the front
window for who knows how long) but it still gave me a nice colour -
more subdued than the others I've tried - and more importantly,
stale or not, it conditioned beautifully, as any henna should.
