I like my natural hair color, but... ;)

I have used "neutral" henna in the past and really liked it (that
was just senna right?). And I like my natural hair color, but I want
the benefits of real henna. Are there ways to do it that don't
change the color to much? Or combinations that would be close to my
natural? I am a dark strawberry blonde. Does the senna react similar
to real henna?
