Well, I have mulled it over...if there is potential for disaster I
think I will leave my hair alone and not get a perm. It took me 6
years to grow it out this long (waist length)from a shaved head, and
I would be really upset if I had to cut it off and start all over!
Not to mention my husband would probably cry. Thanks for your
advice. I also spoke to a friend who permed her hair after henna.
She said it turned out okay as far as color, but that perming
damaged her hair more than it was worth to get it curly. besides, I
haven't put anything chemical on my hair in years because chemicals
are icky....why do it now? I'll suffer with regular old rollers or
braids, thank you! I will always choose henna over all else.

Based on my understanding of perm chemistry .... Vanna is spinning
the
wheel ... its coming up ........ potential disaster.
