Hennaed hair and the swimming pool...

Greetings!

Fun to be in this forum too!

I have a question for all you savvy henna hair folks!

I have been henna-ing my hair for a few months now (LOVE IT!) and
for Christmas got a pass to the local pool for some exercise
(groan!)...

Questions:
1. What will the chlorine & salt (it is a salt water pool) do to my
unprotected coif?
2. Should I be wearing the funky swimcap?
3. If #2 is true, should I be treating my hair with anything under
said swim cap?
