Idon't recall ever seeing a natural fiber/natural dye mix wherein blueberries stained keratin blue. The color is fugitive and goes greyish even on bast fibers. Maybe a Smurfberry Blue Koolaid rinse? Through most of fiber arts, the blues come from indigols, woad or indigo. The purples are damn difficult to come by! Murex and related things. There's a dusty violet from logwood, but I think that requires boiling and mordants.
