Well..I used to wash my hair more or less, every day. If I left it two
days, I had to tie it up on the second day, because I felt it was
grubby (I was told it looked fine, but if it feels bad to you..).
I wash it every two days now.. if I'm not working, or doing
anything, I sometimes leave it three, because I find it feels in
much better condition, if I leave it longer between washes.
I've done the c/o washing a couple of times & that seems ok.. but I
haven't used a vinegar rinse yet.. Maybe I'll try that next! :o)
