I'm not sure that it has scary metallic compounds, but even if it's
pure, the henna is probably dead. Very, very little staining ability
left in it, from what I know about their hennas. It probably won't
do you a whole lot of good, I'm sorry to say. Perhaps see if your
hair settles down a bit? Or use another dye to cover it and allow
the dyed hair to grow out before going back to henna. And lots of
strand tests!
