Ugh, we need Catherine for the full explanation here. It may not do
any more damage to your hair than other commercial dyes (which will
also have ppd), but it can make you VERY sick. The scalp is like any
other skin, and this is what goes into the infamous 'black henna'
that gets so many people permanent scars.
