1. How long have you been using henna and what brand do you use?
I've been hennaing my hair 1997-1998 and then 2001-present (took
time off to be wild and have blue and purple hair). I use colora henna
(full of chaff and not the greatist, but it's what's readily
available where I am)

2. How long do you usually leave your henna on for?
I usualy keep the henna on at least 3 and 1/2 hours, though last
time I went 8 hours and wow!

3. How often do you use henna?
I try to henna at least once a month.

4. Do you still use a protein conditioner or protein deep
conditioning treatment?
Nope! (tried it once I don't like the sillicone in that stuff, makes
my hair gummy)

5. What is your method for removing the henna from your hair? Do you
use shampoo, conditioner or just plain water?
I massage in lots and lots of conditioner and rinse with warm water
for about half an hour

Do you wash it out in the shower or sink?
Usually the shower, though sometimes I fill up the tub and have a big
green bath.

6. What benifits if any do you feel you get from henna?
Benifits? My hair is abslutely fabulously smooth and silky as well as
strong and vibrant. I get many many compliments -including from
hairdressers until they find out what I've been using Then they warn
me of the dangers - Tee Hee!

cheers!
