: Just curious, how old is she? Is her hair long (ie. will a lot have
: to come off if you decide to cut it?)

Sorry it took me so long to reply. It's tae kwon do tournament season
and we are BUSY! Anyway, she is 11 and her hair is just below her
shoulders so yes she would have to cut a lot of it if she really
wanted to get rid of it quickly. However she is having so much fun
with being a redhead that I don't think she's going to want to!

: If its Barbie doll blond, I bet it would take a lot of hennas to
: deepen the colour and it will probably always be some shade of
: orange.

That's what I figure. It has toned down a good bit in the past few
days and some of her natural golden touches are making it the depth of
color look much better.

: Anyway, hope she isn't too traumatised; its only hair and more will
: grow! I bet if she swims a lot and spends the summer in the sun it
: will fade considerably anyway.

Oh she swims constantly! In the summertime her hair gets so light
that she's been mistaken for albino a couple of times! The pool she
spends most of her time in though isn't clorinated. They use a
product called Bacquicil that is peroxide based. It never has done
much to my hair but then mine is conciderably darker than hers and it
would be hard to tell anyway.
