Hee hee. I think 4 weeks is good too. I am planning to do my 3rd in
less than 10 weeks hopefully next weekend, although I may leave it
until the kids are out of school after the 23rd...I haven't chanced
more than one hour yet myself, but if I wait until summer hols I
might be brave enough to go for 3-4 hours and see just how red can I
get! (If I don't have to face all the mothers at the school gate for
another 8 weeks or so...lol)
