I used to use my leftover body art paste which has tea tree, lavender
and geranium EOs. It smelled so intense I got a headache! And I
think the EOs dried my hair a bit. So now I just use henna powder
mixed with lemon juice and "tea". Much better. I never noticed any
difference in how much color "took" or developed between terped and
unterped paste.
