We did the strand tests on J and K today. They ended up both being
the same mix as it was more convenient, and so no cloves as J is just
using plain henna with lemon juice and water, plus a little tea tree
and cardamon oils for the hell of it. J's the blonde and wants
copper; K's brunette and is after redder tones, so we'll be using
clove with K (and I used clove for all of the previous hairbrush
tests, most of which were on my hair as it was around).

So how much clove powder is it advisable to use on someone who's not
had henna with cloves on their scalp before?
