Each time though, I gave it about 3 months or so before going to
color after henna or vice versus. however, as always - the cautions
remain, because my hair did withstand it does not mean everyone's
will and it could potentially really be dramatically damaged if you
go back and forth. also, once you henna, regular color does not
adhere to hennaed hair well, it washed out very quickly from then
