Lemon Juice and herb question

I always use apple cider vinegar in my mix, but after reading allthe posts on lemon juice, I think I will try it. What is the ratio
for the lemon juice to water? I would think 50/50, but since I have
never done it, who knows? Also when you use the herbs, do you just
make a tea or do you use powdered herbs in the henna. I make a
vinegar tea, but was wondering what the rest of you all do. I am
going to try the rhubarb and the hibiscus. They come in both
powdered and cut and sifted. If I mix them with my henna then I
want the powdered. If I make a tea, then I want the cut and sifted.
