And itdid show notable dye release but not near as much as with lemon juice. It was pretty hot and humid that night so maybe that helped prompt dye release. The color has held up fine. It even seems to have changed less during oxidation than my other samples. If you decide to try this later let me know how it turns out. I'm curious if this was just a wierd reaction with my hair or if it can be reproduced. : So the chamomile was acidic enough to prompt dye release?
