What would you suggest I create it in? I don't know : any HTML, apart from italics and so forth. Would I need to learn that : much? I have to say, I'd be quite happy doing it some other way, as : it'll be a bit of a bugger to maintain: the columns keep misbehaving : as a Word document. Catherine suggested Excel; does that sound like a : good idea? Or should I learn a bit of basic HTML? Basic HTML is pretty easy to learn. Everything is marked with tags, which look like <tag>...</tag>, or if the tag doesn't enclose anything, <tag />. A table consists of a <table> tag, which encloses <tr> (table row) tags, which enclose <td> (table data) or <th> (table heading) tags, which enclose text. Hit View|View Document Source (or whatever the equivalent is in your browser) to see the HTML code for this page, which includes a table.
