Sounds to me as though it would give lousy results.

I wouldn't put boiling water in henna. It'd kill good henna.

I wouldn't put conditioner in it. That could prevent henna from
staining the hair. Henna is going to penetrate cleaner hair better.

Go to Mixes and see how people have done it.
