I have tried it on a strand of hair that was bleached white. it turned
out baby blue. I thought it looked odd... it didn't take evenly, and
it looked, ehm, dunno, unkempt. I think the results you get with manic
panic and stuff like that look a lot better, more intense.
also, I think it is pretty much permanent on bleached hair. I hennaed
over it because I didn't care for it so much, and that strand is still
rather greenish - I can tell exactly where the indigo was.
