I've had fun henna'ing a hairball...

Just because I've always REALLY wanted to see what it would look like,
so I used the tail-end of an old cone I had in the freezer--I wasn't
going to use it on my skin anyway, though it wasn't much of a standard
"hair henna" mix. So I henna'd a hairball, and left the paste
overnight, maybe a little more than 12 hours. It turned out a nice
light red, so I reapplied and left for over 24 hours, washing off the
henna tonight. It's so pretty--copper, almost Irish Setter color, and
not fake-looking at all. I just wish I could do my whole head! But I
know for a fact that I'd want my natural color back some day, and I'm
NOT cutting all my long, sloooooow-growing hair into a boy-length cut
when that day comes. But at least I now know what I'd look like,
which takes away the torment all that wondering! And it WAS fun. :)
