help needed with measurements and method

Hi!!

Umm, I just decided to go for it, so to speak, and i was wondering
for collar length hair that's fairly thick, what's a good mixture to
use to go for a kind of coppery brown tone, from the orangey hue i
have now? I know cloves and coffee will make the henna a more browny
color, but i'm useless in the kitchen so don't know what
measurements to use.

i was gonna use about 150g of henna to make sure i covered it all,
and use about a 50/50 mix of hotwater and lemon juice, but how much
of the other stuff do i add and when do i add it?

help please! i'm completely clueless :)
