I have a dog that apparently has some kind of fungus or condition on
his rear end that causes it to itch and flake kind of like
dandruff. I have already taken him to the vet twice for this. The
vet gave the usual medicines, sulfer dip, antifungal ointment, etc.
I had a scraping taken and asked the vet to check for scabies but I
don't have the results back from it yet. I was wondering if henna
might help this dog get rid of that skin condition (whatever it
might be) on his butt as henna is supposed to help with ringworm,
nits and such. Of course his butt will look funny for awhile. He
is a black Australian Shepherd and my daughter was told that this
breed supposedly has some kind of genetic tendancy to have this
condition?????
