Can you wash like usual?

I know when I used synthetic dyes on my hair I was told not to wash
my hair for 2 days after getting it colored so more of the color
would stay in the hair. Is this the same with henna? Do I need to
wait to wash my hair so none of the color rinses out? I am just
curious : )
