Red wine vinegar - what result?

Who's used red wine vinegar, and what result did you get? I did asample of mine once with it, and it turned out slightly lighter than
the lemon juice but a bright, clear colour. I'm mixing up J's henna
tonight for the hennaing tomorrow, and I'm not sure whether to go for
just lemon juice and water, or mix red wine vinegar in with it as
well. She's dark blonde, strawberry blonde from faded chemical dye,
wants a nice bright copper.
