I used to use shampoos for colour treated hair, because I had
chemically coloured hair (well, I still do, underneath the henna) &
intensive conditioners, all the time.
I've tried the conditioner only washes, since I've hennaed, but I
find it leaves my hair feeling dirty..

Now, I just use cheap coconut shampoo & conditioner, from Boots.
I wash my hair every other day.. on the second day, I always wear my
hair up (in one of those banana clip type things) & I'll rub jojoba
oil through the ends of my hair, when it's up. The jojoba oil's
great stuff!
