I just don't want carrots again! not sure what you mean, sorry. i use henna first, then indigo, and this gives me red brown on the greys (completely covered) and very dark brown on the non-greys. all in all, a much warmer and natural colour than i got with the LM stuff (which turned out ash-blue-brownish and vanished rather quickly). using good henna plus indigo afterwards seems to be the best way to cover my greys and avoid bozo orange. using good henna alone with red wine, clove and maybe a bit of indigo in one step doesnt give me a carrot look either, but then, i'm not completely grey yet. the greys do get lighter, but indigo helps to turn the orange down, i think. unfortunately, i never got "real, intense strawberry red" with good henna for my grey hairs in one go - just with henna which had nastly chemicals added (picramat).
