By myself (never had a helper), about 10 minutes from that first bit
of cold paste (no matter how much I warm it, it's always cold on my
head) to putting the plastic shower cap on...and then putting on two
more in different positions so that I'm actually covered, because I
have too much hair for just one. Hehe
