Lisa, I'm sorry that I don't explain what a locwear is.
Locs or Dreadlocks is a process in which a person stop combing and
brushing their hair. The process for whites locwear its called
backcombing ;in blacks, called twisting but here is where the process
is the same it has to form a pea-size matted area and both groups
just SIMPLY retwist it or let it grow buck wild. I hope this helps
