help with indigo

I used indigo and it made my hair a wonderful black. A week later I
am realizing that the ends of my hair are blue, cold black in the
sunlight and the rest of my hair is dark brown. I think I may have
had some hair at the bottom that had been dyed long ago. Anyway the
bottom of my hair is too black. How can I remove it or fix this.
Any suggestions????
