tiny hands and plastic gloves

hello all-i have tiny hands, so when i wear plastic, latex, or rubber gloves,
they always cause me trouble. they slip off, or bunch up, or make me
clumsy- and generally get in the way. does anyone know a way to
either get smaller sizes, or alter normal ones to fit my little hands?
