henna and indigo storage?

Hi everyone!
I just wanted to know if any of you have certain methods of storing or
freezing henna and indigo powder, and if so, how long can you store
it, and it stays fresh?
Does it change anything about the powder or staining power if I freeze
the powder? Would it be better to just leave it in a cool dry place,
instead of freezing it?
