I have used it before and have compared it to a sample of real
indigo. They look, feel, and smell identical, but the black henna
is weak compared to real indigo. It may have something else added,
I don't know, but I do know that the color washes out in just a few
washings even if you use it over premium body grade henna. That I
know for sure because I've done it. I am still contemplating what
to do with the rest of what I have. I think it is destined for my
composter. I just hope it really is all natural if I do that.
