what to do with indigo

Hi, I am allergic to salon hair dyes and want to cover the white and
gray in my black hair. After reading a lot of the info I am still
confused by what exactly to do with indigo. Do I use henna then
indigo separately? How much of each? Do I use a mixture of henna and
indigo in one application? Where can I buy the mixture of henna and
indigo? I am afraid of my hair turning bluish. Can someone please
give more of an exact procedure? My hair is shoulder length. Thank
you very much.
