I did a little homework in regards to the lemon juice and learned
that the acid dries it out, while the sun exposure produces a loss of
pigment by breaking down the hair's healthy protein bonds, leading to
a loss of color. While I am excited about color for the hair,
damaging it is not an option. Are there any photos of someone's hair
that is dark, using henna? I would like to know if a full day is
worth the tones. Thank you everyone. I believe I'm beginning to
understand there is no healthy/less damaging way to lighten my hair.
