Freezing mixed henna

I have a quick question about freezing mixed henna. I use 100g of
henna when I mix it up and that is a little too much for my hair
length so I put the leftover in a container and froze it for later
use. I just rehenna-ed my hair tonight and some leftover again. Can
I just add that to the left over I had last time and, when I get
enough, just thaw it and use it to color my hair? Is it okay to keep
adding henna from different dye jobs together to use all at once
later?

Also, can you add red wine vinegar to henna to mix it up? I found
some in my pantry and didn't know if it was okay to use. It is
acidic so I thought it would be okay but I just wanted confirmation
on that.
