I mix my henna with with lemon juice or just plain old vinegar. I
also add some paprika and tumeric to acheive an auburn color. It
looks nice with my coloring as I'm fair with light freckles.

Bluish red might look a little severe on me but I'm sure it is
lovely.

I recently bought some body art henna from www.mehndiskinart.com and
bought the brand called "Mumtaz Al-aroosa henna". I used it without
adding the paprika and tumeric and it gave me a coppery color. I'm
very pleased with it and highly recommend this company.

I'm working on growing my hair to my butt and it is just below my
bra strap now. I've found the henna has strengthened my hair and
seem to protect the ends as well.

Take care, Jade
