Oh no,just the opposite. It makes it soft, shiny and less frizz
prone. If anything (see above post from Shirasaya) the consensus
seems to be that it tends to straight curly heads slightly! If thats
a good thing for you, then don't hesitate.
From my point of view, the only thing is the application; definitely
has to be quite wet to get the henna into the hair.
