Red/reddish brown? And then a greener color underneath if you scrape away the toplayer?
Similar to what's in the linked picture? Yep - then it's ready to use. It won't go bad if you
leave it overnight, but it's not necessary.
Can't help you with the amla - I think it's supposed to darken hair, but I'm not 100% on
that one.
