The green dots wereprobably the green dye that is regularly added in India. Sometimes the exporters add that stuff to their henna knowingly, and lie about it. That sucks. Sometimes the exporters are stuck with a batch of henna that was run through the village co-op processor just after another client used it ... who added stuff, and the machines weren't cleaned between batches. That's unfortunate, but I wouldn't fry someone over it. In the past, importers have gotten some positive response when they sent in microphotographs, saying "why is this stuff in my henna?". Other importers have begun foaming at the mouth and shrieking. As I have no idea what you've got there ... I have no idea what response you'll get.
