Buy some Cassia Obovata here from Catherine. It is the real thing.
I am one who has talked with the people at Rainbow Research about
their Black Henna until I thought they were going to become ugly
with me. I started with black henna as I wanted to cover my gray
and didn't know any better. It did turn my hair an even black but
never touched my gray. Since my hair is already black, I don't even
know if it for sure did that, except as hair grows it lightens some
on the ends. After ordering some samples from Catherine, I figured
the Black Henna was nothing more than indigo, and very stale indigo
at that. I called the people at Rainbow back and told them their
henna looked like indigo and they said it most certainly was not
indigo, and that indigo was illegal. This came from their head henna
man. The girls would no longer talk with me. At this point I knew
that it was pointless talking any more, so I ordered my indigo from
Catherine. I already had some body art henna so I used them both as
directed on this site. Catherine's indigo was beautiful. It
released more dye, dyed darker and lasted better than the Rainbow
every did. Rainbow's products are stale and a lower quality than
even the stuff that comes from herb shops (not all of that is so
bad, but all I've tried does have sand and green dye in it). the
Frontier Henna is better than the Rainbow, but if you want Cassia
Obovata, the only place you will find Cassia Obovata is here.
