Okay, I take it back. It's been just over 36 hours now, and it's
darkened a little but still way more red than orange. I just love it.
Regarding EO, I didn't really terp the henna that much; 10 drops of
Lavender EO and 10 of Geranium for 200 grams is tiny compared to some
of the mixes I read, but I think maybe letting it release for 36
hours, and having it on my hair for so long (eight full hours up by
the roots) contributed to the depth of color. It's definitely a
touch more cherry at the roots and a wee bit more vermillion at the
tips (where I only had henna on for four hours). I'll try to post a
photo this weekend.
